Adapting to life in London is always an overwhelming experience. Meeting new people, speaking a different language and intensely shielding yourself with layers of clothing from the cold of the London air is all part of the uni experience. One part of becoming accustomed to living in London is getting to know the city. This important part of adapting to uni life is very difficult as it requires both navigational knowledge of the city and a means of transportation which most travelling students do not start out with.
